What are the best paid to click or paid to read sites?

I am fairly new to these sites and I see that there are a ton of them out there. I know many have their opinions, but could you give me some concrete evidence, such as a dollar amount you have been paid out on a weekly, monthly, etc. basis. Do some charge a fee for payouts? Also, I don't want to pay any money to join any sites, so you can leave those out...thanks for the information!

you can visit my site and look if something interests you. Of course there are other good sites, but my links are only for sites that aren't scam. So, if you care take a visit. I have also written some advices for newbies there.
