I was never fired from any job so far in my life. I just hate it and i don't let some one fire me, i know what to do and how to avoid getting fired from a job. I would like to share one experience of a person being fired from job. One of my friend was fired from a company where he worked for more than a year. He was with the company with out providing them a genuine profile of his. He submitted a fake profile of his to the company while joining the company, and they didn't verify his profile until he applied for H1B visa to United States of America. After finding that he had produced fake experience certificates to the company they fired him from the company with out giving a notice. He was terminated from his duties as soon as they came to know that he had cheated on them. He didn't tell us what really happened and off course he joined another job in a week time which paid him more than the earlier company with many facilities. All i wonder was how could he manage to get into the new company when his old company fired him. His profile should be red marked and that will be a trouble when we try to get into a new job.

Sweetie I have never been fired but 4 years ago I was bullied out of my Job because of my Illness As soon as my Illness was 100% confirmed they bullied me I fought it for 6 months and I got so Ill it was unbelievable it made me worse The Company had to pay me some money but I was not strong enough to take them to Court and I know that they would have had to pay me a lot more if I did take them to Court as I had all the Evidence to prove that I was innocent and that it was all a Set up I had been in the Job over 8 years and I loved the job and with this Company doing this to me I also lost all my Confidence I feel useless and hopeless I am not able to work anymore I am now classed as disabled

I was never fired although, I was "laid off" due to a slow period in business. I was going through a rough time, my mate at the time, had cancer, and I had a lot going on in my life. I guess being laid off was a good thing, I got to help my daughter's father die at home (from cancer) I guess some people call it "die with dignity".

Luckily I have not ever been fired, but may be it is also unlucky that I have missed some of the chances,I mean being fired does not mean anything, it is not the end of the world, good chances are yet to come ,no one know what happen in thr future. If someone get fired,he/she has to be positive and I believe when timing is right,he/she will get a better job.

No, I have never been fired. Here in sweden the only thing that will make you get fired is if you steal from work, or if you are not doing what u are paid for. I was raised right so I will always do my work. However I have quit several jobs on my own notice =)

No. I have never been fired. I work for a stated owned unit. In my place, a person is never fired unless he breaks the law. Whether he is fit for the position is not important.

I've been fired once. I was not that bothered about it though. It was my second day on a new job when I had to call in sick due to diarrhoea. When I went in for work the next day I was told that I could have come in and still do the job (or something like that as this was ages ago). I was in between jobs at the time. The reason why I wasn't that bothered about it is that I phoned in sick so I could go to another job interview for a much better job. Sadly I did not get that job. However, its quite fortunate the way things turned out. A couple of weeks later I got another job where I've earned three times more that what I would have earned have I not been fired.
