Half-crazy

How would you define it? Is it being inlove, and the pain that goes with it is what makes you half-crazy? If that's what it means, then I think I am half-crazy.

I am crazy because I am silly and daft. I think half crazy means that you are more than crazy and also that you are a cool person.
