Success...Due to planning or due to luck or some other reason?

I think it is due more to planning and who you know. Networking with other successful people surely helps. I think that luck has very little to do with it. If you rely on luck then you might as well play the lottery.

I think every successful people will have their planning,I believe they need luck, but planning must be more important, there is no one who can be sucessful just by luck,I think if a person have planning, he/she will have the motivations to do everything and work hard towards to goals,if someone is without the planning, they may lose their directions during difficult situations, they will give up, while those with planning with have prepared well enough to get through the hard time and they will be sucessful finally.

I think the most important ingredient for being successful in life is hard work.As lazy people can only get rich by lottery and getting rich also does not guarentee a success.But some times luck also matters though previously I used to think that it is just an excuse for the people who are unsuccessful in life.But I have seen many times that some people who are lucky gets a success quite easily and others who might be more capable then others get it much more struggle.Though they might have other qualities but still luck also plays a part in some successful people's life though most of the successful people are hard working and planned.

for me a better planning plays a major role to success and one thing is learning from own failures and experiences and experiences of other people..

I always believe"No pain,no gain." It seems that it is my hardworking which leads to my success on study. As for work, I don't think that I have good luck, it is my second work after I graduated from college. I am not satisfied with the two jobs.But I am still here in order to accumulate more experience. I have to admit that good luck and chances are very important in one's life. But chances only could be obtained by those people who are ready.So we shall improve oursleves, just like the saying: no end to learn. By the way, perseverance and passion to life is also very important. If you have passion and perseverance, you will try to achieve your goals no matter how many difficulties you will meet on the way. Finally, I also find that your character is the most important factor for your succes. Because your fate is related to it closely.

the most important thing for success in life?hmm..i think we better combine those two things.by planning and wish we are gonna luck.and then,i am sure we can be success in our life.

I believe that success totally depends on the hard work. I agree to your fact that luck do play a role but it wont be always. Only once a while luck supports, other times it will be hardwork which gives the fruit :)

i think success depends on the person and what type of success. i mean money and power success i think it has to do with luck but yet how far your willing to go in taking advantage of the other people as well. friend success hardwork, honesty, and caring. i think it all goes off of what type you want. i mean i would reather be successful in friends, famility, and home life.

I don't believe that the luck would always play an important role but for sometime. The hardwork, ultimately is the tool to success. There are many other factors for one, like the people who are with a person for a cause... if they are not sincere people then one cannot go for the success. I hope you will keep hardworking to have success in life.
