Why people join when they are not active at all?

As of today I have 8 referals under me. I see only 1 is active once in a while and other is also active very little time. I do not understand why people join when they are not active at all. I think new members can't be aware that...

ututen well i guess the biggest and most expensive advise you will ever receive is "invest in your mind first" it is your biggest asset you could ever have..when you learn the how to's and best business strategies then im sure money will just flow into your hands..
