Is anyone on mylot interested in crocheting? I really am. I have a really simple and easy crochet pattern that I would recommend trying.
Here's how:Starting Chain: Crochet a chain of length needed.
Row 1: 3 double crochet in 4th chain from hook,* skip 3 chains, single crochet in next chain, chain 3, 3 double crochet in same chain. The photo at left shows the first of these 3 double crochet in progress.
Row 1, cont. Repeat from* across row. End with: single crochet in next chain.
Row 2: Chain 3 to turn. 3 double crochet in single crochet of previous row.
Row 2, cont.* single crochet in next chain-3 space of previous row, chain 3, 3 double crochet in same chain-3 space.
Row 2, cont. Repeat from* across row. End with single crochet in last chain-3 of previous row.
Repeat row 2, until desired length is reached.
With these simple steps, you should end up with a beautiful afghan. Do you enjoy crocheting?

I've started an afgan with the lazy shell pattern with varigated yarn. It is beautiful! I'll have to send you a photo when it is done.
Thanks again for this pattern. It works up really quickly.

Hello
I love to crochet. I made this pattern for my granddaughter over 9 years ago and it is my favorite. I used a verigated yarn and she still has it. I bet I bought every crochet book there is trying to find it again. And here it is. THANK YOUllllll

I shall have a go at that next time I have the urge to do a bit of crocheting. I'm doing more knitting at the moment but its good to have some ideas stashed away for a rainy day.

I enjoy crocheting I have crocheted for years. Thank you for the pattern. I have crocheted everything from scarves to afghans. My granddaughter loves when I crochet her Barbie doll clothes. I have crocheted doilies and bookmarks too. I think I like thread crochet best it is so delicate. I also like short projects the best like Barbie doll clothes and bookmarks.

you know sometimes I think I'm the only one that crochets any more. I crochet roses to put around the edge of the shrug for my daughter's wedding dress.
These were done with # 10 crochet cotton, what a job, especially when you're suffering a good(bad) attack of depression. That was the hardest job of the whole wedding set.
