yes, Canon power shot A630 or basically look at anything Canon that fits into your price range depending on where you can purchase your electronics. They own the digital camera market right now. I personally use the power shot A620 and have found it a great value. The pictures are top notch. Hard to beat at this price range. Also do not get caught up in the zoom range of taking pictures. A wider angled lens is much more use able than a zoom any day, though people only want to talk about the zoom. If you can find a camera that fits in your budget with a wide angle 28 (35mm equivalent) then get it. Below is a pretty reputable site for digital camera reviews.
