I have sooooo many split ends. Almost an entire head. My hair are not so soft either. Any products to prevent or get rid of the split ends? Also anything to make my hair soft and nice? Thanks !

Just a thought. Personally, i think both are overused with little or no meaning or understand of the concept. I'd probably plump with sorry, i've told more people i've been sorry when i havn't than telling them i love them...
