Hair conditioner or products advises?

I have sooooo many split ends. Almost an entire head. My hair are not so soft either. Any products to prevent or get rid of the split ends? Also anything to make my hair soft and nice? Thanks !

well split ends can be taken care of my constant trimming at a salon. once you have split ends nothing can be done about it except cut it or trim it. u can prevent split ends by using anti split ends specific shampoos and conditioners which u will get in the market.
