Which one importance to you? Family Or Job satisfaction

Which one is importance? Your Family Or your Job,without job you can't support you family and without family you are nothing..

Family is everything, even more important than the job. You can get another job but people are not replaceable if something happens to them.

Both are important for me so as much as possible I try to balance job and family. You really don't have to choose, sometimes things can be handled through effective time management. In my case it's not that easy but it's not that hard either.

My family comes before anything or anyone else. I have switched jobs before because of not being able to spend time with my children. I can always get a new job I can't ever take back the time I have missed with my children.
