mizrak07 I used to drink coffee everyday, but since I'm preparing for pregnancy I opted to drink milk more. It's not the same satisfaction I get with coffee but thinking of health reasons I have to learn to like it.

Finally gave birth!!

mizrak07 These were effective for me when I was still working in an office. I get out of my post for a few minutes and stretch. Sometimes I take a walk for a few minutes only, short enough that my boss will not come looking for me.

I don't know with you guys but i just could not sleep with the lights on... I prefer it off or very dim light. I do respect people's preferences but i don't know why.lol!! How about you friend? what do you prefer?

mizrak07 I prefer to sleep with lights off also, I just light a little lamp so it won't be pitch dark as I also cannot sleep if it's too dark. I guess most people prefer lights off when sleeping because it gives a calm and peaceful feeling.
