It's so easy to say forgive and forget but it's hard to deal with it..

yeah it's true..i guess there are things that we can't easily do such as forgiving especially when we've been deeply hurt and scarred..but i believe that it really takes time to forgive someone..and for sure it's hard to forget..so dont force yourself to forgive just let time take away the pain..time will come when you're really ready to forgive...
