Why do we get excited on earning a few dollars on online work jobs

yes i agree with you as a men or working person can work as you said in offline but during our free time and house wife old age person and who all are not working in offline they are choosing online not only for earning there are many more peoples here for gathering information and learning fluent English, choosing some ideas and making good friends to share their personal feelings. and to make enjoy. and finding the solutions to their problems. as like me. every one have deferent types of mind.

Getting excited is normal if you are new to it. But, in the long run.. making money offline is much more fun and you earn more.

I guess people are not used to earning money online that's why they feel proud when they do earn something, however little it may be. I think most of the people here are people that don't want to work offline and thus prefer to spend there time here, some are just here to chat and earn a little along with it, there are a lot of teenagers who can do with a little etra pocket money. All of these people are not earning much anyways so when they do earn here, they feel good about it.

As for me, I got excited because I can earn even few dollars while just having fun on net. I have a day job but I am in search of a part time job on net. I applied for some job and so far Mylot is the only one who paid me and yet it is not a job.

I think it's the challenge and the fact it's a small incentive to do something we'd probably be doing anyway. I have fun with those small endeavors. It doesn't hurt to get a little pocket change doing something you enjoy doing.

Well, for me online earning for example myLot, i will just use it for pass time with making some extra income, but i wont treat it as my major income. Because i believe with a lil effort we could earn much more offline. http://softwaress.blogspot.com
