diet, exercise, or rest

A balanced diet, plenty of exercise, and plenty of rest are all important to good health. If you had to choose one as the most important, which would it be? I admit that sleeping is one of my favorite hobbies, but I still think rest is the most important. If we don't get enough rest, it interferes with our ability to think clearly. It impairs our judgment and makes us dangerous drivers. The effects of bad diets and lack of exercise can be just as deadly, but they are long-term effects and can be changed before they do any harm.

Diet can impact your sleep and exericise results. So I would think that diet and a good one would be the one thing that is most important. I like the balance of the three so please do make me pick. I guess I would agree with what you have to say. Will have to see what others have to say about this discussion.

That's interesting. I guess they all impact each other. When I'm dog-tired, I don't notice how food tastes. Sometimes being exhausted helps sleep, but sometimes it does the opposite.

Yeah, I hadn't figured out which I thought was second. It's a tough call.
