Yes, I am attaching the recipe, the meatballs are totally addicting, I make this recipe every holiday or anytime I have the option to make it
Sweet & Sour Meatballs
ingredients for meatballs:
1 lb hamburger meat
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup onions
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
combine all ingredients and form approximately 50 meatballs. bake on cookie sheet in a preheated 350 degree oven for ten minutes.
sauce ingredients
1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
1 jar (10 oz) grape jelly
Heat jelly and chili sauce together in a saucepan, until the jelly is completely dissolved. Add the meatballs and cook for 1/2 hour

Forgot to mention, this can be done in the crock pot too, if you can resist the smelling of it for hours as it cooks that is ...

I would love to have some chili but, alas, my husband does not like it and of course it would be too spicy for the kids, so we do without. The odd time we go to Wendy's I will pick up a small bowl for myself.
Dr. Phil's cookbook has a great recipe for pork roast that is so good it defeats the purpose. His idea is to make the food so tasty that you do not feel like you are being deprived. Unfortunately, it is so good I got back for seconds and thirds.
Another pork roast recipe I have for the slow cooker is just as good. It is browned in a frying pan of bacon grease. Then sprinkled with spices (seasoned salt, garlic powder, pepper and thyme) and put in the slow cooker. Add 1/2 cup of apple juice and cook all day. It is so good. Try it!

I made a black-eyed peas & chicken stew a couple of weeks ago that was so good I ate til I was stuffed. I don't like to do that but it was just too good to resist. I ate 3 bowls of it that night.
I think I'm going to have to go make some now I'm getting hungry. :)

I cooked chicken ala king, and the whole family ate as if there would be no food next day. Every time I am able to find fresh tulingan (a kind of fish in the tuna family) I bought around two kilos and cook it with kamias, the recipe is called "sinaing", my family and friends love it. I always have to cook plenty because friends love it, everybody got have to have their fair share or else... ... :D
