she is a queen. If the ground is the least bit wet, she holds her paw up and acts offended to have had to walk.She is very jealous of anyone who trys to get close to me and will put herself in between me and them.

A lot of small dogs are like that. They are very protective and jealous. Here is a thought. Would you like to have a great dane, and she thought she was a tiny dog and jump on your lap to be held? Hehhehe. Sorry, I could not resist a funny. Well, back to your cutie, I guess that is her personality, and it won't change. I'm glad she loves you so much. As far as the wet paw, it may be too cold and she is uncomfortable with the wetness.
