work with PC

I am very tired now.My neck aches and my eyes swell,my head is going to explode.i think it is not only related to my long time working but also to the computer.the computer's radioation is very strong and it strenge my symptoms.so i really want to leave my now job and find another.i do not want to work with computer now.it is very terrible, in my oppion. could anyone give me some advices to avoid these bad feelings? thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart.
