I have been trying to lose weight for a long time and although I managed to lose some weight during diets, I put it on quite quickly afterwards. However, I found that the most success I had was when I started to just cut down on the foods I love to eat. I could still eat them but I limited it to a smaller amount and I lost 5 kg in a matter of 2 months. That was a year and a half ago. Would like to lose another 5kg or so but I just haven't been disciplined. But I tell you this method really works and you even get to eat what you like! Maintaining the weight is also very easy after : ))

That sounds like a great and simple way to lose weight! I think that's much better than totally cutting out the foods that you like all together, because then you just end up depriving yourself and then binge eating later on. This way, if you just eat what you love but in smaller portions, it sounds like a win-win situation! :)

What do you mean exactly by 'don't eat in the morning and night??
