I heard from someone that if you want to give your children a treat, it would be better to give them a chocolate. Do you agree? Could it be because it is slightly more nutritious?

portugirl I think that if you give in good faith and with sincerity, not wondering whether the beggar is genuine or not, it good. But you are right, a little money maybe to buy him his next meal (not his next fix) would be good enough!
