I wanted to share a very useful Tip if you have a persistent problem of bad odor in your kitchen while cooking. Especially, while making fish or....... dry fish........ the bad odor can nearly knock you off your feet. Just try this......... Drench a towel with water and hang it on the kitchen wall. And it will take care of the bad smell in your kitchen. It absorbs the fumes...... and the smell....... just try it....... it really works great

simmering vinegar in water on the stove while cooking something stinky such as fresh fish or even when you are deep frying something also works really well I've found
