I listen to my favorite songs so that I can set my mood to do my work efficiently and effectively. I also list all the tasks needed to accomplish in each day so that I can monitor everything. I don't want to do my tasks in a rush because it might ruin my mood that can result to mistakes.

I close my eyes, I take a deep breath, and slowly release the pressure inside me.Then I continue my work with my realxing music.

I hum my fave tune while working. This is my way of letting my co-workers feel that I am still happy despite the pressure and bodily tension that i am being put into.
All I need to take for now is a capsule of stresstabs to freshen me up until "D-day"...

I'm mainly stress free at work.
I do my own thing, I work hard and keep to myself. Even when working in a team I don't allow things to cause stress, yet this a shame it can't be said outside of my work.

The best way? Give up having a boss and go self employed like I did! Now I'm relatively stress free as I'm in control. Last year I was under enormous pressure from a boss who was moodier than a woman with bad PMT, the company I worked for was going bust and I was the one who was fending off the phone calls! Now I've gone self employed, yes you get some stress but the only way you're going to avoid stress is if you lie in bed all day and get a rich husband, now i'm the one who makes the decisions!
