Bizziebod It did work for the week I listened to it, but as things regularly go with me, haven't followed it since! I will pick it up and stick to it as I lost 5lb in the week I was trying so it does do some good! Thanks for your response!

Bizziebod yeah I do think you need to use it regularly I know the book suggests daily, but I struggle to find 30 mins in the day to relax and listen to his CD. Thanks for your input.

Bizziebod I'm quite fortunate that I have a dishwasher, I live on my own so never have enough to do a load. I do leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher, but the good this is you can't see them and also they're not blocking up the sink.
