[One Man Show] Do you take all the matters personally or seek help? Is it good?

Hello.aliasad. If you are talking about what happen in real life, may be in the workplace,I think one man show will not work,team work will be much better and effective.The power and abiliy of a single person may not be enough to do the whole thing while team members work for something they good at and accomplish a task faster. If you are talking about team sports, there may be one man show occasionally, but in long term,team work is more important as no sports players can do one man show every game. The captain is an important man in a team, he lead the team and work together rather than win the game by himself.

I depends on what the situation is for me. there are some things that I handle on my own and other things that I ask for help on. I have no problem asking for help when I need it

most of the time, i do things on my own. i can easily focus when alone and finish things on time. but if it's a group work, i work well with the group and participate to the best i can. there are times when i feel i need help already and i do seek help from others... usually, my parents, siblings or my boyfriend.

I tend to solve all matters personally. First of all, because I know how the job is done and that I can trust the quality of my work. Second of all, I am surrounded (in college) by people that want to be in the same team with me for the only reason that I'm going to to all the work. They know that when they won't do their part I'll have no choice than to do it for them so that the project will be finished. That is why I like working alone: I don't like when people are taking advantage of my work.

teamwork is good, but only when the matter belongs to a general topic. when it comes to some personal matter, i feel anyone can seek advises of the friends but do whatever the person feels right. and when it comes to family matters, nobody outside should be consulted! should be resolved within family members!

Most of the time I seek the help of others, but sometimes I get so hot headed that i don't take others advice. Just something about not being able to do it myself makes me feel unworthy, and weak. I think that its good for you to work with others, it develops friendships and helps you communicate better. When you work with others you can develop social skills and you can get more work done. Its nice having other people to work with when you have a big job as well, because then it wont take as long and you wont be as tired.

i would want to take it all into my hands and solve it by itself, however things are not really what it should be, burdens are best shared with other people.

Day to day unimportant issues I always resolve myself. Important perhaps complicated issues I am smart enough to ask someone's help whom I know to be experienced in these particular matters.

Well, as we've been taught, "No man is an island" so i think that no one can live without really depending on someone. Personally, I prefer to resolve my problems alone but i would also ask or seek other people's advice or opinions if im really confused. I think it would also give me a better preview or give me the whole picture because sometimes i tend to see some things only from a limited angle or view.

I am a very independent person so I like to do everything by myself. I don't like to ask for help. If the occasion arises that I need help with something I will ask my partner for help. But generally i can do most things myself.
