How often do you change your bath towel or bathrobe?

Of course, I take a bath everyday and prefer to use a towel than bathrobe. :) I usually change my towel every two weeks, so it's like twice a month. :) But my towel is simply for my body only. I got another face towel for my face. I always like to separate both because our face's skin is too different and sensitive from our body skin. And I usually change my face towel once a week. :)

I tend to have a shower twice a day, once when I get up to awaken myself up and again when I have been to the gym after a heavy workout, I'm all sweaty! I use a clean towel every time I go to the gym which is five times a week! And a clean towel each morning for the shower, I never use them more than once, however it does mean my washing machine is on virtually 24/7!

i don't use bathrobes. i just cover up my body in a towel after taking a bath. i change my towels atleast once a week. there are times, i change it twice a week. there are times when i already hate the smell of it. so i just change it right away. nope. i don't throw my bath towel on a laundry basket especially if it's still wet. i just let it hang to dry. happy myLotting!

I shower daily-- sometimes a shower in the morning and a hot bubble bath at night- and many times 2 showers a day depending on how dirty or grungy I feel-- when it gets hotter I tend to hop in twice a day! refreshing! I use a towel to dry my hair and a towel to dry body and cover up- I usually switch them out every other day- I mean come on we are clean when we use it right?? But still I don't use them long-- I like nice fluffy towels!

I do changes bath towel every week , i dont use bathrobes since i dont have one, and i prefer towels anyway, i do take a bath everyday including the rest of the member of the family, except when not feeling good or sick.

I am from India...in summer... I take bath twice in a day... but in winter it is once in day. I use towel to dry myself and once in week I prefer chaning my towel. I am not sure whether bathrobe is good substitute of towel. Which one do you use?

Good discussion by the way... I take a shower once a day. The odd time I get to take a bath too, this is usually if my husband has my child, but its not often. I change the towels around the entire house just once a week. I don't know if this is not often enough, but I would use the towel about three times before it is washed usually.

i take a bath and shower everyday and i always used a towel when drying myself. i usually change my towel once a week. i change it on saturdays because this is pur wash day. i love using new towels. if it is not that difficult to wash towels, i might change it every other day :)

not every month because my towel is just for the body not for the feet and face. i have a differenttowel for my feet. before going in to the bathroom i put that on the floor and when i come out i use that for my feet. i change that very often i mean after evry 15 days or so. my facial ones go long and my body towels also go long. i shower 3 times. once in the morning, once after coming from exercises, once before sleepig and i enjoy the last shower the most because after that y hubby gives me a good massage on my feet and that relaxes me fully. i goes to sleep in minutes after that. the weather at this place where i m after marriage is hot all the 12 months so i cant afford to not bath or take shower. but i was born n brought up in a very cold beautiful atmosphere. i use to enjoy the snow in winters, rain , hail, breezes and then summer that too was not to such high temperatures. i just cant bear the heat. water is very necessary for me to survive. i cant do without that. after every work i go n stand under the shower . in the day when i come out after shower,m i dont use towel. i sit under the fan, enjoy the cool air on my body and wear my clothes straight. i use my towel only in the morning because i have to rush at that time. i m a Piscean and my hubby says that i m a true fish, i just cant lkive without water. after every second work u do , u go n stand under the shower. n as a property of the fish i m very hot and water just slips down my body . people who hve a very hot body from inside , like i sad that i m having, cannot enjoy too much of coffee, eggs or any non-veg item because all that is hot in nature. if i eat all that, sometimes my nose starts bleeding and some times i have blood pressure problem. my head, i feel as if it spins. I take bath daily. In normal days(winter and rainy) once in a day but in summer season I do take bath 2 times to feel like a cool and get refresh. I use towel to dry my body after bath and shower. Every weekend I throw my towel in washing machine.

I try to take a bath at least once a day or every other day, but as for washing towels its just when the occasion arises. Probably about once a week.

I change my bath towel about every 2-3 days I think and I take a shower usually once a day and sometimes twice. I don't think I've ever owned a bathrobe because I reall don't know what's the point of wearing a bathrobe when you get out the shower. I just makes more sense to put on my clothes when getting out the shower. My towel is pretty clean most of the time because its only water on it.

I wash my robe when i think its dirty and the same with my towels they never realy get dirty your just get them wet with water. so i keep my towels for about a week or two. I bathe everyday, dry with a towel and put on my robe either when im being lazy or i need to do something before i finish getting ready.

Usually I change my towels once a week and I don't wait for them to become smelly or gather dirt.

We only use towels in our household and we always use a new one . When one takes a shower or bath when they are done it goes straight to the dirty clothes . I would never feel clean if I had to use the same one more then once without being washed even though one is clean when they get out of the shower . I woudl still somehow feel dirty . It is said that anything that gets wet will carry more germs on it then anything else in your house and ever since I heard of this I will even change my dishcloth and dish towel with each use . I don't find it that much harder to throw it all in with a load of wash that we have going since we have wash going all the time anyway as there are seven of us in the household :)

I change my towel once a week. As for bathing, it is once or twice a day. It really depends upon the weather and the working situation that I am into for the day.

Hello,rexy_leigh,I would take a shower twice a day,I would use a bathing towel to dry myself up after shower, I would not use a bathrobe. I will wash the bathing towel every week and change to a new one, or if i feel it is too dirty,i will wash it straight away and dry it up so that i can use it the next day.

I use both bathrobe and towel. Hehe. I use the towel to dry my hair. :) I change my bathrobe and towel i think every week/every 2 weeks. =))

Once in a while, when it starts to change color..just kidding actually i live in a hostel so i change the towels whenever the one which i gave in for the wash comes back
