lafavorito Our son 8-year-old sees us hug and kiss everyday. We give each other a quick peck on the lips not the really deep passionate kind of kiss. We do it whenever husband goes to work. Husband also hugs and kisses our kids before he leaves.

lafavorito What exactly is the type of 'diet' you're doing? Based on my experience, limiting food intake really decreases milk supply. Breastfeeding actually burns calories so you only need to eat healthier. Cut down your junk food, sweets and oily food intake.
