I have gained so much weight right after the holidays. During the month of December there are a lot of invitations here and there and of course, we can't say no... and by that, it means... we eat a lot, right? I know many of you can relate.
So now, I'm ready to lose weight by the help of The Master Cleanse diet. Well, of what I have read in the internet, it doesn't guarantee us to lose weight but just to be healthy... For me, this is a perfect plan to stop eating processed foods and stuffs and start healthy eating.
I believe that it'll work out with me.. Eating healthy plus exercising regularly. Nothing's impossible for a determined heart, right? :)
Let's hope for a positive result. Lol! :)
Have a good day y'all!

I think most of us have gained extra weight after the Christmas time and all that merry eating. I know that eating a healthy diet and exercising are great ways to try to lose some weight. I hope that the master cleanse diet will work for you. I wish you will get a positive result. Fresh food is more healthy than processed food. I advise keep an diet and exercise diary to look back on to help you after you complete the diet program. Most people lost weight when dieting but put on more weight once they complete their program. Good luck.

How to do the Master Cleanse?
I think it is better to start getting rid of toxins before trying to lose weight.
Good luck
