Money makes people do strange things

No. Money is NOT the root of all evil. How can someone blame an inanimate thing for all the evil in this world? People who worship money ARE the root of all evil. They are the ones who would go as far as killing another human being just to earn money.

only strange things? i think people when their values are not grounded, it can make them do things they do not or won't normally do... like say there are people who would do anything for the sake of money (when i say anything, they could do things that is not what they would usually do...)

Everything jus has pros and cons,and some people regard money as the number one thing while others don't,so i really can't tell whether you are saying all right.But anyway,use it properly and right,bad things won't happen.

"money makes people do strange things"....yes it does,money affects people's lives, they do strange things to earn money, some by doing good and some by doing bad.money help people's lives and money can ruin people's lives too. there are always two sides of everything, the good and the bad side.

I do agree that money can make people do strange things.Behaviors and attitudes and aptitudes change.I have had some personal experiences with people who changed once money started coming in.Their attitudes and things changed and has shocked many.In some cases, i feel sad to see such things and feel there is no God in certain cases.But then i think its for some or most people if not for all.there are some who understand to live within their senses.And money and fame does not change them much.Perhaps they are in minority group as well.Money is not the root of all evil, but rather the thinking of people.With great powers and things, greater responsibilities are expected.But people forget everything and starts doing things which they are never expected to do in first place.They forget the very values they believed in and indulge in forbidden things.People should know the value of everything .Be it money,power or fame.They should try to live within their limits and be humble to oneself.Achieving is one thing and living after achieving things even is great.Thanks!

I agree. Money can make people do strange things good or evil and money can change the person for good or for worst. Some have been slaves of money. This should not be. Money must be slave and do not treat it as ones master. People nowadays want to have much money and they forget the most important thing and that is eternal. Good post. Thanks.
