Yesterday was a bit shocking to us here in the office. It was mixed emotions and we don't totally absorbed it yet. Our boss went to a lunch meeting yesterday. When she got back here in the office, we noticed that something was different about her. I felt a bit nervous just like the others. She called all of us in her office, one by one. Then she bursted the shocking revelation about what happened in the meeting. The owner of our company, which is her brother, already sell majority shares of the company. Which means that we are going to be handle by new management, new bosses. Everyone were shocked about it. Mixed emotions. Lots of questions about what's gonna happened. We are still talking about it and really wonders what will gonna happened to us. Our boss says that their will be an evaluation to see if their will be redundancies in work. Our boss said "cheer up and lets hope for the best".

Well, as long as you have your hands full always with work, it would mean that you have an important job in the company. Indeed when jobs becomes redundant, there is no other choice but to evaluate the employees and determine who deserves to be retained. Just pray that this new management won't pull strings and put their own people.

We really have to look forward to something better with this new management that we will be have and hope for the best for all of us. We really have to be optimistic and look forward into better things that might happened. There is no permanent in this world except change so we have to be ready and prepare on possible things that might happened to us.

Yeah we are all hoping for the best. There are some things running in our minds that we used to talk about now. There are still few months before the transition but the evaluation or screening that they have said will be start by February. So far, we are just doing our job well and doing the normal routine that we are doing.

Hi ardoy! Yes your boss is right just hope for the best and do your part. Sometimes, we are confident that things are going on smoothly and fine. Just then something happened that we don't expect. This is the time that you and your group should hold on together and do your best in order to cope up with the situation. Everything will be alright. Have a nice day!

Hi Aries. We are all hoping for the best and holding together on things that might happen after the transition of management. We cant tell whats gonna happened while waiting for the transition. I hope our management as of the moment will be considerate and concern to us. I just trying to be normal and jolly just like before. Just the same me that is hyperactive and happy.
