Do you use an online broker and if so who do you use or who would you recommend.

A big yes to this one. Our retirement account is stocks and bonds. We do quite well. I wish we would have gotten started younger but I'm glad we started it when we did.
I would advise everyone to do it if they can.

This is so true I wish I would have started when I was in my twenties but better late than never.

I did it.Investing in stock market is the best way to let your money growth. As I am living in Hong Kong,I am investing my money in the local stock market and also I am a real investor , not a speculator.I invest something that have stable growth, low p/e ratio and also have decent dividended giving out every year.I am currently investing in Chinese banking sector and also insurance sector and also some national bank such as standard chartered group.Once you spend time have a look of their annual report and their corporate website, you will find something that is great for you.

Believe it or not, this was always something I wanted to do, but never got around to learning all the details. I do however have a 401k, that's a start. (Great Question)

No better day than today and you should move your 401k once you learn more about investing. You should control your money and not rely on someone else investing it.

It has been some time since I have been active in the market. I was active in trading and folowing stocks before the crash a few years ago and I just haven't gotten back into it. Cold feet I guess.
I would like to be more active with the markets and have it as one of my goals to become more active.
Do you know any good places to help get started? Let me know. Thanks.
