bsteeves I would suggest getting a couple of investing books so you can read up on the subject. Or check out investopedia.com, there they have tutorials that definitely help. Also, check out technicalstockcharts.blogspot.com

Technical Analysis or Fundamental Analysis?

I was just curious what everyone's trading strategy is. I myself prefer technical analysis, but defintely use fundamental analysis to confirm trends and patterns.

bsteeves Very interesting. I would like to add that if I am looking for short-term trades I greatly prefer technical analysis because I believe that fundamental analysis blocks out short term noise and looks at the greater picture.
