Headache help?

So I've been getting a lot of headaches do to the weather and pressure and sinuses. I take stuff for the sinuses but still get the headaches throughout the day. So tonight I took a Pain Away (generic excederine) and low and behold... it's almost 4 am and I'm not even the slightest bit sleepy. Apparently they have caffeene to temporarily releave your headache. The other bad thing is that such medications cause rebound headaches, once the caffeene wares off. So I was wondering if anyone knew of anything that was good for headaches that won't keep me up all night or cause more headaches later on? Even better if it's something natural! Thanks!

I also suffer from headaches. I am starting to see a doctor now though and he has referred me to a specialist. I have to get a catscan done just to rule out the obvious and then go from there. Any thoughts from all you headaches sufferers out there on what could be going on? Thanks in advance.

It could be a number of this, lately a lot of people I know who never had headache problems are having them constantly. I think it has a lot to do with how the weather's changing and that causes pressure changes. Maybe it's some unknown side effect to the global warming?

I am a migraine sufferer and almost everything triggers migraines for me. I have to take prescription meds for the migraines but I have found that taking a claritin daily helps with my sinus migraines. Excedrine does work but the rebound headaches are just as bad. Feverfew is natural and is supposed to work to help with headaches.

That's the exact same problem I have. I used to take imatrex (sp?) but it made me feel sicker than the mirgraine did and made the pain worse for me. Lately I get migrianes about 3-4 times a month and as u know they can last days. I'll try the claritin, and see about that feverfew, thanks.
