Which animal(s) could you never eat?

I wouldn't like to eat an amphibian. Frog's legs are beyond me. But I've eaten ostrich, kangaroo, snails and scorpians. The first two were nice, though gamey, the last two needed plenty of garlic. But, like most westerners, I've never been really hungry. I think I could probably eat anything if necessary, as long as I was allowed to turn it into soup. At the siege of la Rochelle (1572) French gourmands were reduced to eating mouse stew and soup made from boiled leather bridles. Hunger is the best sauce!

I will never eat any prehistoric animal. Everything else is edible for me. hehehe..

I have some animals which I will never eat such as pork, dog, cat,snake, crocodile, monitor lizard, etc. I just can't understand how some peoples find that these kind of animal can be eaten. Some of them even dirty and eat whatever things which they found. I just can't imagine those meats goes through my throat.

I would never like to eat any carnivorous and omnivorous animals.As I have heard that they are not tasty at all.

I am like most people who have replied to this discussion. I would not eat cat, dog, horses, lambs, amphibians, or snakes, and I am sure there are alot more that I am missing. I think it would be easier for me to say the only animals I eat meat from are cows and pigs.

There is a long list of animals I would not eat they are pigs, horses, squirrels, cats, dogs, These are just a few. It would be easier to say what I would eat and that’s beef, dear, and the like, not water fowl, but would eat chickens, turkeys, and the like. Besides there is a lot of vegetables to be eaten that are just as good. there are also wild plantsthat can be eaten.

I'm vegetarian/vegan so I don't eat any animals. I don't know how some people eat possums they're like giant rats that eat trash and all sorts of disgusting things.

I could never eat lamb, everytime i try that episode of the simpsons when they're all eating lamb and Lisa flips out and the lamb is in her head saying "please lisa dont eat me." That gets me every time. Also can't eat dog, cat, rat, horse, deer, veal, regular cow is fine, but not baby cow, umm I dont know there's probably a lot more.

It's hard to say what any of us would do when the situation arises that we are very hungry to the point of starvation. I am sure most of us would eat just about anything we could find at that point. Just being hungry, like I missed a couple of meals and that's all, I wouldn't eat a rat, a mouse, a dog, a cat and tons of other animals. However, unless we are preparing the food ourselves do we really know what we are eating?

Dogs, Cats, any rodent, any reptile or amphibian.. I could eat almost anything else, I think.

There are a number of animals that I wouldn't eat. I am not even sure if I could name them all. Squirrels, snakes, possum, rabiit, bear, fish, and rats. Thats just to name a few.

No horses, snake, dogs, fish, alligator, and that's all I can think of right now. But horses are a big one I can't stand since they are my favorite animal other than dogs.
