I am pretty skinny naturally, however since i left school and have gone to college i have been eating a lot of sugary foods because they are quick and ive a burst of energy. However i have started to put a little bit of weight on. I don't mind this because i am pretty skinny however now i want to stop eating them.I have told myself not to have any, maybe a small bar of chocolate once a day. The problem being now is that i have lost all energy and i am not as happy and jolly as i usually am, also i am always hungry, i really don't want to start eating sugared foods again is there any foods that are healthy and will fill this gap of hunger and food, also it must be really quick to get and relatively cheap.

Can't you make your own packed lunch or something? Its much much cheaper to be buying meat, vegetables and such to make your own meals.
I do my own budgeting and I noticed that for the price you will spend on one week's groceries, you can only buy a few days worth of junk food (provided if you eat the junk food whenever you are hungry).
Go for sandwiches if you are pressed for time. Some jam on bread or a tuna sandwich will keep you full and give you energy. Cereals are quick too.

Getting your sugar from fruit is much healthier than candy or processed foods. Try fresh and dry fruit and trail mix. Your body needs some time to get over the sugar addiction. Once you've started eating healthier--whole foods and lots of water--and exercising daily, you'll start to feel better.
