I take two sugars. i'm thinking of cutting it down to half a sugar. Don't want to take dangerous levels of sugar, otherwise might end up being a diabetic.

I don't take too many sugars.I always make sure to put some cream on coffee because it's always taste creamier and I like the aroma of it.

I try to put only one sugar on my tea, sometimes even without sugar. If honey available, I'll take honey instead of sugar. For myself, I don't really have problem with diabetic....it's just that I don't really like to have something that is too sweet.

I put between 2-4 packages in a big glass. In hot tea I use way too many.
I should cut back, maybe someday!!

I am already supposed to watch my salt and sugar and some days I am very good. On my bad days I take as many spoonsful of sugar as I can get away with lol.
I agree that sugar can be dangerous but when you look at some of the chemical sweeteners they read like a chemist's shopping list, so I use sugar or honey nowadays.
I got away with two sugars today :-) :-) :-)
Satisfaction, yay!

I don't put sugar in my tea. I use milk instead especially if the tea tastes too strong for me.
