Who do you think is a senior on MyLot?

Oldbuddy has the best reputation in my opinion. And I knew this even before we partnered in an online business. He throws out good ideas all the time. He offers assistance to anyone who asks. Take some time to read through his discussions and you will see what I mean. You definately want Oldbuddy on your friend's list. I am honored to be his friend.

it can't be A (the person with the highest reputation) because a rating of 10 can be acieved by even those users with only 100 posts. it can't be B (the person with the most number of posts) because some users post really quite many and achieve a high number of posts in a week which can be comparable already to those achieved by others in several months. it could be C (the person with the highest payments) because that would mean he/she knows about the secrets of the trade already however, because there are a few ways to earn in mylot (postings, uploading images, referrals, blogs) we couldn't know for sure if te user is earning on his own or mostly with the aid of his referrals--- that's not quite the active participation. it has to be D then. -lol- the most senior person on mylot can be a combination of the 3 above: --- a person who has been here in mylot in its infancy stage, who is still pretty active until now, who has maintained a mylot reputation of 10, distinguished because of his earnings capacity on his own and with the aid of referrals, as well as gained respect from a lot of other mylot users including his own referrals.

i think the person who is active on mylot for a long time and got atleast 4-5 payment and having good no. of post with the 8-9 ranks.. is the senior person on mylot..

i think the most senior in any area is the one who stays longest. someone who has been here far more than anyone of us. someone who is still active in discussions. someone who knows what has been happening here in mylot. someone who sees how this group grew up from a mere 5,000 population to almost 89,000 now. and someone who will still be here for more than 100k members :)

The seniority in any company / organization is linked with the time period one is associated with that company and it should be an active association. So here also I would consider a member senior who has joined myLot earlier and is an active member. It is not that a member who has joined in the starting of myLot but has only few hundred posts or logs in few times in a month. The option "A" is linked to the quality of the posts of the member , though they can also be the criteria as a person who is good at his work gets promoted earlier then the person who is not good at his work. The option "B" cannot b made a criteria for seniority as meny members posts hundreds of posts in a day but which lack in quality so I will not consider number of posts as the criteria.

i think senior in mylot.. don't need to have the highest reputation in mylot.. reputation is determined by members.. and what happened if there are a group of members purposely pull down your rate? .. the person with the highest payment is also not a senior.. he's just a good marketer.. and he's good in persuading people in joining mylot and work for him.. he's also good in giving opinions.. a very business oriented person... the one with highest number post can be considered as senior.. but.. i still think anyone can be senior as long as they read all the FAQ.. they understand all the rules and regulation of mylot.. and they will advise new members that break the rules.. they're not afraid other pulling down their rate.. that's a senior in my eyes =)
