TDonald More self reliance is always a good place to start at any time. Food, being one of our most basic needs is a good place to start. Eat simple, more natural food. Locally grown if possible. And if you have the means grow some of your own food.

TDonald That's the most obvious solution but it doesn't translate well to reality. Research shows that as wealth increases birth rates fall. The poor have so many children hoping that a few will survive to carry on the family line.

TDonald That's great news. Maybe we all need to just get outside more into the natural sunlight. I think I remember reading somewhere that red light made tomatoes grow better too.

TDonald I'll take the garbage pick-up job. The pay is usually great with benefits. You get to work outside. And you get the first shot at all the good stuff people toss out.

TDonald I would sugest that you find one good thing and focus your efforts there. Choose something based on your interests. It's OK to have small results at first. That means you are doing something right. Figure out what's working and do more of that.

TDonald I use music. I am learning a new fingerpicking technique on the guitar right now. Playing music and learning or creating new songs is one of the best brain training things you can do... IMHO.

TDonald They get deleted because they violate the Terms of Service. Usually blatant advertising is the number 1 reason.
