Is eating too many eggs harmful to my health?How many per day is safe?Pls help

Hi guys I have been trying very hard now to gain weight.So I began eating 8 to 12 boiled eggs per day along with bananas and milk because I am so desperate to gain weight.So far as 1 week I havent faced any health concerns but I have heard about ill effects of eating too many eggs.Can anyone tell me how many are safe to consume as I want to gain weight urgently,also I work out a bit so that I dont get fat but get muscular instead.Kindly offer your suggestions

My friend, eating that many eggs a day is not good for your health. Even professional bodybuilders don't eat that many eggs a day. I think you should start with couple of eggs a day. If you eat too many eggs, it will cause indigestion and other such problems.

If you want to gain weight,eat eggs is not enough.It is reported that two eggs a person eats per day are enough.And it is not useful to eat more because it can not be absorbed by body!you can take exercise and then eat more,as a result you will gain weight!

I dont think the number should be 2 eggs.My friend eats 6 to 8 eggs a day and works out very well too.

egg yolk is really high on cholesterol...one or two eggs a day is enough but if more on that is really not good. but if the egg white alone it's healthy though when hard boiled as to minimize fats from oil if you cook as scrambled or omelet. try to cut-on the yolks rather.

i think your problem is not for eggs to gain good physique,then u go for maximu eggs is 8 in a week maximum,and daily 2 bannas for a day,and for smooth finshies of skin and glow and for muscle before going to sleep drink boiled milk mixedup with one table spoon of honey which brings ugrowth of muscles and skin tone and healthy life,daily 12 eggs cause the increase of heavy fat that unable to deslove for our digestion sytem in future may cuse ur health problems,if u do daily jogg for more than 6-8 kms it is better,other wise not recommende by my side,i suggest with the help of ayurveda books and gym experts and my own experience
