Mine first white hair was found as early as 19 yrs. I know that this age is too early for greying of hair, but it happened. Greying of hair depend on many factors like genetic, mental tensions, applying of oil etc. Do you use hair dye or hair colours? Chemicals in them are also responsible for loss of original colour of hair. What is the colour [original] of your hair at present?

I found my first white hairs when I was 19 the same age as my mother and her mother before her . I have already warned my daughter that chances are she will have some white hair at the age of 19 as well . The only chemicals I had ever used on my hair at this age would have been sun in that you would spray in your hair and then the sun was to naturally lighten it up . I used to get perms done all the time but was always told I had healthy hair .
My hair should be a dark brown now but I dye it a light brown or blond all the time now as I have to many white hairs to hide anymore and everyone finds the color suits me better then my normal color of hair .

I started getting grey hair at 19 also. I always blamed my daughter, but really it is genetic with me. My mom was prematurely grey as well. I have colored my hair forever it seems. It would be completly grey if I didn't, and I am only in my early 40's. I am getting ready to go back to a blondish color, for summer and also because it helps to hide the grey grow-in better. My original color was a dirty blonde.

I had a head of jet black hair until I was aged 17. Then I started to go grey at the temples. By the time I was 25 I had quite a lot of grey hair but my black hair still showed. I think I went completely grey by the time I was forty. My sister turned completely grey but the time she was twenty five, so I guess it runs in my family. Thankfully my children don't take after me and none of them have any grey hair yet.

I haven't found one yet and I don't want to. My hair color is brown but there is some blonde and redish in it. It's my natural color and I've never dyed my hair or highlighted it.

Mine showed when i was about 27. I started noticing it getting thicker now that I am 35 already. How I wished that it had shown later in life since my father had started having it older that when I had it first. I guess its jobs related thing that cause it to show already. Jobs are very demanding these days already than it was before.

I'm in my late 30's and haven't found one yet. My mother is in her 60's and still no white, so I'm going with the theory that it'll be a long while before the white hair comes along. It's funny - most people don't want white hair. So here's my Mom at 60+ with none and she's telling me she loves white hair and wishes hers would change!
I don't know if I'll color my hair when it starts to turn white. If it came in white at a very young age, I probably would have colored it. But if I'm in my 50s or 60s, I may not bother.

I am 27 and freaking out the sides of my head have quite a few grays and whites it started changing at 19! I blame it on genetics i guess cause my mother started getting her greys at 16 i believe is what she said. How scary i doj't whant to be grey headed at sccuh an early age but then i am afraid to get old... Dang sounds like i have issues, LOL.

I first came across there were two white hairs at the back portion of my head. This was discovered by my younger sister by the time I was 16 yrs. You could imagine how scaring that moment I felt. So I asked her to remove them straight away. My granny told me that more white hair would grow out if I did in this way. Since I was very cautious about this and asked my sister to watch out my hair for me. You know youngsters tend to forget things very fast. So this didn’t bother me much After some time.

I'm not exactly sure but I believe I had my first white hair when I was still in my high school days - when I was 16 years young. You could say that I was a bit stubborn because I used to tie my hair after taking a bath and before going to school. Naturally, it was still wet. I was living with my aunt's family then here in the city because my parents are in the province. She advised me not to pluck it as it is believed that it will multiply or increase; so I just let it be.
At present, I have a handful of grey hair already but I prefer to leave them as they are. Sometimes, I trim them just to minimize their number.

I noticed my white hair coming in in my 35 years but not too many. Even now it is not that too many. But I dont colored my hair. I know chemicals will only affect its natural color. And it is not good for the head itself. Although it is a sign of old age, that i cannot do anything.
