Use them over pasta- Use different kinds of pasta- Add some meat or cheese- That will be yummy and most kids like pasta. How about chili too? I love chili and we use diced tomatoes in ours. You can also try to make salsa? Have it with chips- YUM.... What you can't use donate to someone that can. But I'm pretty sure canned tomatoes have a long shelf life- so put them away when you get sick of them and use them up little by little!

Well, actually the other day I made pasta sauce and it turned out great. First I mixed two jars of sauce together and added a can of garlice diced tomatoes, a little bit of sugar and some seasonings. It came out really good. You do not need to add sugar, but if you prefer it a little sweet you can. I believe sugar also takes out some of the acidity of the sauce. Yeah, diced tomatoes go well in a pasta sauce. Good luck.

We eat canned tomatoes as a side dish, like vegetables. They're pretty good chilled with a little salt added. You've got some pretty good ideas here: Bread, soup, stew, salad, meatloaf, breaded tomatoes, sauces... use them almost any place you'd use fresh tomatoes.

I make beef soup/stew with them. I put chunked up beef, potatos, onion, celery, carrots, beef broth, garlic, and diced tomatos into a pressure cooker. In 20 min I have a wonderful soup that everyone eats!!!

I don't have any idea about how to use ton of canned tomato. All I can share is a recipe (good recipe lolz) of canned tomato. First we cut up some onion and cook it in a little butter until transparent. Then you add your canned tomatoes (whole or sliced) are best. Sprinkle a few teaspoons of sugar (depending on how sweet you like them) over the tomatoes. Cook until them begin to soften a little, stirring occasionally. When they seem to be the degree of softness you like, tear up some white bread into small pieces and put in the pan. Stir around until they absorb some of the juice. Serve and enjoy!!

Make stuffed peppers, stuffed cabbage, add them to chili, make marzetti and add them to it, spanish rice. Right now that is about all I can think of, but are there recipes on the cans?

Can use them as your stock for homemade spaghetti sauce. Also make meatloaf, but before you bake it, take a can of canned tomatoes and pour over the top, gives a different flavor that can be quite tasty. Can be used to make homemade tomatoe soup. Use canned tomatoes for homemade salsa.

What is the saying, When life hands you lemons, make lemonade and if that doesn't help, add vodka. (ok that last part was just me lol) When life hands you canned tomatoes, make soup, or spaghetti sauce or even salsa. Go to some online recipe sites and find recipes using canned tomatoes that appeal to you and your family. If you can them yourself, sell them or give them as gifts.

I love these and get them from time to time. I use them for tacos, draining the juice of course. I love them in homemade veggie soup and of course the coup de gras, CHILI! However it is getting a little warm for chili and soup.... you could make a salad with them...

I always keep the canned diced tomatoes in my pantry. I usually buy them when they are on sale. I always make my own tomato sauce for pasta and you can use one can of the diced tomatoes and one can of the tomato paste (add about three cans of water). Season with oregano, garlic, basil, onion power, salt and pepper and little bit of olive oil. You can also used the diced tomatoes in a chili recipe or use them to make your own salsa by adding some chopped cilantro and a small can of chopped green chili peppers.

Have lots of pasta dishes with tomato based sauces. You could also make tomato soup with them, cook them up with some herbs and onions, puree the mixture, then make some white sauce (to about half the tomato mix volume) and add that to the tomato puree and blend the 2 together. It is quite nice.
