Typically, I'm at my best and must functional when I get 6 1/2 or 7 hours of sleep a night. Any more than that, I actually start feeling "slow" and "fuzzy-headed." I am usually to bed around 11:00 and up about 5:30-6:00 in the morning.
It doesn't work for me to sleep during the day. If I go to sleep in the afternoon, I can't seem to completely wake up again-- and I end up feeling dizzy and sleepy for the rest of the evening... and then I go to bed at night, and become WIDE awake at 3:00 in the morning.

I don't get the 8 hours most people say is the standard when you are getting sleep at night... I probably get something around 5 or 6... I work during the day, and I also have another job that keeps me busy during the night, plus online school... it's a bit of a hectic schedule.
I do take naps in the middle of the day, it seems to give me a little extra energy.

hi
I used to sleep 8 hours a niht before i joined mylot, but now, i practically log in to mylot every night and my sleep time had been sacrifice!
Now i sleep about 6 hours before i got up to prepare for work. Luckily, I do not feel sleepy during the day, especially after lunch.
Even during weekends or public holidays where I don't have to work, I still woke up at about 7am as it is already a habit.

I sleep for atleast 7 hours a day.I sleep for 10 hours on saturdays and sundays because I dont have any other better work.I don't sleep at afternoons because I dont get sleep at night as I used to get everyday.I think everyone should rest for a minimum of 5 hours.
