abhilashrocks I recomend you to buy compaq or sony vaio.But in the budget of 40000 ,I dont think you can get sony laptops .So go for compaq .The amd processor comes in the range of 35000 and the intel core to duo comesaround 40000-50000.Lenova is also god but it is around...
