We grew up on coke, chips, candy bars ect....now a big change is coming for our future children of America.
Now trying to switch to whole-grain crackers, low-fat yogurt, fruit and water.
The world just keeps changing and changing. Makes me feel old. We have a new generation of kids coming up. We need to keep them healthy as possible.

At least it's changing for the better. Indeed, children need to eat healthy food.

I personally think that this change is way overdue. Health is the most important thing to anybody. Without healthy food intake, children will be rowdy and will have short attention spans. Chnges are taking place around us everyday. Don't feel old! You are as young as you feel you are.
Bear in mind also that keeping healthy and eating healthy is not just for the kids in school but also for us adults to continue and reinforce such good habits at home. All the best! - Lyn

Yeah, the snacks are changing all the time. As long as I am keeping up with them, I'll be fine and won't feel as old.

Yeah espically now days. I have seen on the news that this one family was being checked into for her over weight son. They were going to take him away from her. I thought it should be for under weight and under feed kids. The boy I saw about this on the news wasn't that over weight. The United States is getting weireder and weirder they should be more conserned with kids that are being abused and raped to me.
