i do not know many sites..but one site from whcih i download hindi songs is ... bollyfm.net... i do not know whether you get telugu songs over there...

Its strange that you don't know a site from where you can download latest hindi and telugu songs as there are many such sites in the internet.Anyways here are some from me :

uhmm... music download? try limewire or bearshare.. but limewire is much better than bearshare...

and other one is only for hindi songs www.apniisp.com

All songs of, all South Indian languages, including Hindi can be downloaded and heard from raaga.com.
