making rotis soft

whenever i make chappatis/rotis they turn hard. i knead the atta with water and some oil and keep it for 1hr and then i make rotis. but still they turn hard. my husband like soft rotis. please somebody advice me on making them...

para_sara ive really found my school and colleges from batchmates and now we are regulary in contact sharing our views. i felt very happy to find them. batchmates really works. thanks to the idea.
