Are Leaders Born Or Made ?

i dont think i am a leader.and in my opinion, the leader was not born,by can be shaped by some born personalities.but mostly,the later education and experience will definitely help him to be a true leader.

Hmm..for me i can choose not to be or be a leader. Currently, i am not. This means that ppl are not born to be a leader. I always believe that leader is someone who has the ability to lead others. How do you know whether are you a leader...? You might be wondering. It's very simple. As long as you have followers, you are a leader already. And ya i agree to what Batpig has comments, it can be shape by some personalities you have in yourself. However, leadership can be learn and make into action. You can learn from the people around you, take up some leadership coures, or borrow some leadership book i the library. Whether you want your plan to be carry is all depend on you. Don't get demoralise if you think you are not a good leader. Because of the peer pressure around you or due to some things you see, think or hear. Well, leaders are also human right? Human do make mistake in life. The only solution is just to learn from mistake and learn from what you see from others and maybe improve on what you see fom them.
