nope. they can only indict someone who's riding a motorized vehicle, not unless your bike has any kind of motor that makes it run. they can only warn you about the dangers of riding a bike drunk.
..but hey, can anyone actually ride a bike drunk?

hahaha.. come to think of it, yeah, it could! some drunks even think they can fly! haha..
funny coincidence while reading your reply, news came up, a drunk man thought he could fly and jumped off a 6-storey high billboard. he ended up splattered on the street. c",)

I think it is possible because it is dangerous and you can get into any accident yourself.

Actually, I know this has happened many times in my city. I don't know if it's considered DUI and I don't think it goes against your license. But, I think it can be categorized as Public Intoxication. I also know that they can give you tickets for walking drunk, too.
