My most favorite meal is thich t-bone steaks cooked to perfection over a grill. Baked potato with lots of butter and sour cream and a nice mixed salad with Rouquefort dressing. Top that off with a nice hot roll and big glass of iced tea and I'm good.
There's nothing to compare.
My second favorite is on the opposite end of the spectrum. A huge platter of nothing but fresh fruits and cheeses.

Difficult one! I am very partial to both Italian and Chinese dishes. Guess it is my love of pasta in various forms.

I can make a mean lasagna though the last time I made some, though it was good, something wasn't right; I also love fettuchine alfredo, mac and cheese w/chicken; rice and peas.

I am crazy about cuban food, specially "arroz congrĂ": rice with beams, fried bannanas, pork, cuban sauce... Most ingredients are difficult to find here in Spain, that is why I loved my US trip, as in there, specially in Miami, the cuban traditional cooking is still alive and I recovered some tastes from when I was a child.

I love lasagna to, but I would say pork roast wrapped in bacon, with garlic & peppercorns stuck inside, and baby red potatoe's, baby onions, baby carrots all rosted together, and homemade collard greens.
