Recently,there's a place where you can make friends with foreigners who say english or kearon.One day,"only myself go there for a looking"could I say in this way?Because,I want to improve my oral english,and go there to make friends.What can I say for the first time that meetting a foreigner?

say " hello " and " how are you"
if they are want to talk with strangers they will reponse you.
just talk something you are interested and you might share you view point with them .
just talk want you want to talk .
no problem

You can start by saying hi to them and see if you can start talking about something you have in common with them.
