When is a man said to be responsible?. some culture have it that age determine matureity. They believe the older one is the more mature one should be. Do you think age shuold be use as a cretaria for maturity?

I think age has alot to do with that because if they know they are old and acting like children, they'll be ashame about that and try to turn their life around.
