How often do you clean your house?

I like to see my cleaning have an effect which is better if the dirt is visible. Hence, I don't clean as often as my husband would like me to. I vacuum and dust once a week. I read a book that said the children are only young once and the housework can wait which I took to heart a bit too much. Now they are teenagers I have more time to devote to it and am gradually sorting things out. I am going to be rich on the internet soon, then I can leave my part-time job and make our house much cleaner and to the liking of my patient husband.

i rarely clean the house, beause i do have an allergy in dust and it will makes me sick! im lucky because my sister loves to clean the house.. she's the one who alwayd clean everyday! I'll just cook for her, so she can have her delicious snack after she clean.

For me, I normally clean only when it is dirty. If it looks clean enough, why bother lol.. After all, it is not dirty. :P

With having two small kids I find myself cleaning my house about three times a week. It gets tiring after awhile. But I get tired of walking on dirty carpets so I have to vaccum about every other day.

I clean my house every week I'm not doing it alone i get some help from my brother . I don't like to live in a mess and that's why I like to keep my home clean. I have some friends that disagree with me but I always tell them It's not a big deal and I feel really better when I see my room clean :).

I often clean my room everyday,but don't clean a week when i am busy.I don't like a dirty room ,so i clean up regularly.

I will be the first to admit that I am not very good at housekeeping. I do tidy the house every day but the vacuming only gets done once a week or so and I am lucky if I dust twice a year. I get so overwhelmed sometimes and frustrated at my family because I am the only one cleaning, that sometimes I just stop. Of course when I am sick nothing gets done which just gets me even more frustrated. My daughter tries to help out and does tidy up when asked but I am working on teaching her to clean up without waiting for me to ask. the problem is that she sees my husband not cleaning and lets face it's much more fun to emulate that than me. Once I am weathly, which I will be within the next two years, I will definately hire a maid. Not a company, but one person to work full time and I will pay them extremely well because they will be doing one of the things I hate to do.

i clean my house twice a week throughout the week and on a sunday i do a full clean of all my house

Actually it is my mom who decides on it. On every weekends that is on sunday, i stay at home. I mean that only on sundays i am off from the office. So if my mother asks me to clean the house then i do it. But before doing i will argue with my mother to stay without cleaning ;P

I spot clean every day. I also have one room each day that I totally clean. Or I have a certain major chore for each day. Mondays are laundry days,plus keeping the kitchen clean and cooking. Tuesdays I clean the bathroom from top to bottom,plus the kitchen and cooking. Wednesdays are baking day. I usually bake bread,cookies,brownies,and either a cake or pie. That keeps us in lunchbox treats for the week. Add the kitchen duties and its a busy day. Thursday is clean the living room day. I move the furniture out clean under it.dust all the pictures and knick knacks. fridays I wash the sheets and hang them on the clothesline then clean the bedroom...Saturday and Sunday I only do the kitchen and cooking.

I am not the best house cleaner in the world but my house does get cleaned on a daily basis. The floors are normally vaccuumed twice a day because we have three dogs who see to shed a lot. Dusting is done once a week sometimes we don't get all the areas dusted. We have three dogs and three children so we are constantly picking up . We don't always get all of the small details done is all.

I don't clean the house... My mom cleans the house. She cleans it everyday. Everyday, everytime, all she do is cleaning the house. It really bothers me to see her like crazy. She cleans the floor that she already cleaned, she says it's dirty. I think she is sick for cleanliness. Sometimes, I help her by doing the dishes, and this kind of things.
